Linkin Park announces a new track for Friday, featuring the voice of Chester Bennington

Some days are just full of surprises, and today the legendary nu metal band Linkin Park has come up with just such a surprise. They’ve just announced the release of their new track, “Friendly Fire”, featuring the vocals of the band’s late, iconic lead singer Chester Bennington.

Announced via the band’s Instagram account, it’s next Friday, February 23 that this new unreleased song from the 2017 recording sessions for One More Light will be released. An extract is available now on soundlcoud, at the following link:

Following on from last year’s Lost, Linkin Park are once again offering their fans all over the world the pleasure of hearing Chester Bennington’s distinctive voice on an unreleased track.
